You won't find a hotel with hot water this good we have now stayed 4 times the people have always been good to us

the room was great, clean and comfortable. you can definitely tell it was recently bought out and OYO hopefully plans to fix some of the more run down aspects of the hotel.

The bed was nice, the room was better than expected. They did have the mini fridge, iron/ironing board & hair dryer. The online website said these things were not supplied. The only reason, i didn't give it 5 stars was the TOWELS!! They were super small, and VERY "crunchy/rough. Take your own towels!

It was kind of like the hotel in the shining (in a good way), it was so quiet it felt like no one else was there until you saw them. The swimming pool is indoor and outdoor, which the kids loved! But it was huge and we were upstairs, luckily we didn't have a lot of luggage because there wasn't an elevator. And when we left we had to turn right to leave and then make a u-turn to get where we wanted to go. But other than that it was great, older, but nice enough for the money. Better than we expected, will definitely stay again, but will ask for downstairs next time.

First of all, I feel the amenities have not been mentioned fully: there's an indoor and outdoor pool, a jacuzzi (which was not on whenever we were there), a laundry room, a business center and an evening restaurant next door. The lobby is very nice upon arriving except for the cigarette smell. The room was super comfortable with a very friendly, accommodating and quirky (in a fun, playful way) staff. The one thing I will say is that conversations can be heard in the hallway. I do not know how loud these people were speaking, though. There are a couple stains in the carpet, but not at all to make the room seem dirty. I genuinely believe that if there are any problems with the rooms it is a previous tenant problem because the morning I walked the halls, the people who were "partying" the night before had left trash in the halls. Overall, I would say that this was the best stay for the price: $45 for the night. We will be going here in the future. I have gone to a lot of hotels in the Lufkin/Nacogdoches area, and either the service is bad and/or the rooms genuinely do have things like broken doors and unplugged smoke detectors for a higher price.

My family had an excellent stay. Everyone in the hotel was very professional & friendly. I was greeted by every employee I passed. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a great stay & will visit again. The customer service was incredible!!

My husband and I always stay here when we come into town. The owner is very nice and accommodating and she does her best to make sure her hotel and guests are taken care of. Ms. Vesta , who works at the front desk is always so nice and is always busy working. She takes pride in her job as well. When we checked in, it was in the evening and ms. Halie served us and she went above and beyond to make sure we got the room we asked for. The only issue I had was with 2 housekeepers when they disturbed my husband and I 3 times. The room was paud for and they tried to come in our room without knocking, then came 2 other timss knocking and asking if we paid, knowing the front desk clerk had explained we had already paid 2 hours earlier. I had a loss in my family so I was emotionally going through a lot but ms. Vesta was so kind and loving and fixed the situation quick and made sure we were comfortable. I highlt suggest this hotel to anyone looking to stay. They will make sure your stay is great

This hotel is very wonderful and the staff Valerie was very sweet and helpful. The room (105) was beautiful and comfy. I would not recommend anything in this Podunk town but the OYO Hotel the best! If I ever got stuck in this town again I would stay here without a doubt! Love y'all! Peace -Leslie
